England - Yorkshire to Peak District

Nearby is High Tor which is a public park set up in the 1800s as a pleasure ground. It has nine hectares of wooded limestone cliffs above the Derwent gorge. The entrance at the west end of Pic Tor Lane leads to the Grand Walk to the summit. Or you can stop at the viewpoint, 400m up the slope. If you look carefully you can spot a climber on the rocky cliffs.
